Note that you can only submit a dispute when:
  1. You made an online purchase in a webshop within the last 12 months
  2. Your conflict does not involve a business to business purchase or transaction.

After submitting a dispute:

The webshop will have 7 days to offer a solution. If no solutions are offered by the webshop you will be given the choice to request mediation by WebwinkelKeur. We will then contact both parties to find a suitable solution together.
