Note that you can only submit a dispute when:
- It concerns a distance contract (online order) or a contract for the provision of a service.
- The complaint has been reported to the relevant online store within the past 6 months.
- The dispute relates to a consumer purchase and not to a purchase for business purposes (B2B).
- The value of the dispute (the interest) is at least €25.
After submitting a dispute:
After receiving the dispute, the online store has 7 days to come up with an appropriate solution. If no solution is found within this period, you can request mediation from ValuedShops.
After 7 days, you will automatically receive an email in which you can report the status of the dispute. Based on this, we will contact you and the online store to work out a solution together.
