Ho ordinato un bracciale per il legamento del polso all’inizio di dicembre e non ho saputo più nulla, neanche una mail di come procede la spedizione…. direi che non sono molto contenta del servizio! Potrei sapere dove si trova il mio pacchetto? Grazie

Il tuo ordine è stato spedito il 12 dicembre. Per la spedizione è stata generata e inviata automaticamente un’e-mail di conferma; è possibile che sia finita nella cartella spam.
Hai scelto l’opzione “spedizione in busta senza track & trace”. Per questo motivo purtroppo non possiamo verificare la posizione attuale della busta. In questo periodo di dicembre il servizio postale è estremamente carico di lavoro e le consegne richiedono spesso più tempo del normale. Mi aspetto che il tuo ordine arrivi nella buchetta nei prossimi giorni.

As indicated, the standard delivery time for countries outside the Netherlands is usually between 3 and 14 working days. If track & trace is chosen, it is often slightly faster.
Unfortunately, we cannot accelerate this...
