The product is perfect, however the delivery was hard. I gave you the wrong city code (my bad) and I tried to change the city code but I couldn't (the website didn't allow me to). I received no call from the delivery men to understand the issues.
Overall, the delivery was bad and I only received updates from you.

But I'm happy with the Alpaga model.
