    DHL was de bestelling kwijtgeraakt, maar dit is erg netjes opgelost door Nicolai van Luto. Klantenservice telefonisch bereikbaar zonder eindeloze menu’s en chatbots, probleem binnen no time en zonder gedoe opgelost. Super!
