It's great to see that you placed the order on the 16th in the afternoon and received it the very next day (Belgium). You probably overlooked the dimensions while ordering. We specifically included them so that customers know what they are purchasing and to avoid disappointment. The hoops have an inner diameter of 12mm, which is already 2mm larger than the standard hoop size. You mentioned that they are too small and unusable? Did you mean that they don't fit? If you had contacted us, we could have informed you that you can always return the order to us and receive a full refund.
