I had not received my order after four working days and sent an email asking if they could check what was going on. I received an immediate and very detailed email explaining the issues with the mail order company. They were also frustrated about this, but it was beyond their control. They also offered to resend the earrings in the hope that they would arrive faster. So, a quick and thorough response, and despite it being out of their control, they still provided extra solutions. I really felt a high level of service here. (And everything turned out well with the earrings 👍).

Fast delivery of the order, an enormous selection, and these earrings are the only ones that don't cause a skin reaction for my daughter. The service is fantastic.
