Super cute items and the small issue with the order was neatly and quickly resolved.

Good prices and very satisfied with the earrings. There was a promotion where you received 1 pair of free earrings when you ordered 3 pairs. Unfortunately, these earrings were not suitable for my little girl, which was a disappointment. Overall, a great site, and I would definitely order again, but I wouldn't go for the free earrings next time.

With three pairs of earrings, you received a pair of earrings for free. So, I specifically ordered a third pair. I had to answer some complicated questions during the ordering process, but since there was a pair priced at €0 in the shopping cart, I thought it was fine. However, upon delivery, it turned out that I did not receive the free pair after all. I emailed customer service and received a rather unfriendly standard response. I then did some digging and found out that there were many complicated rules that meant I apparently did not qualify for the free pair with my order (which was still mentioned on the invoice, by the way?). The rules are actually hard to follow. My advice: either give the free earrings or don’t. Or at least put a "while supplies last" note. All these conditions make it complicated and only frustrate customers. The effect on me is, in any case: next time, I’ll just go to another webshop; here, they make people happy with a complicated dead end.
