Super pretty these earrings. I haven't tried them on yet, but I ordered 3 pairs and I find them all magnificent!! Moreover, the clasp is really good.

Second order, the earrings match perfectly and are of good quality. I am taking away one star because the shipping costs are very high.

The delivery of the earrings was very fast.

After the first order, there was an issue with the shipping process, which resulted in me not receiving the earrings. Unfortunately, my email regarding this was misreceived by the company. After leaving a review on this website, I received a polite and professional email. Everything was investigated and looked into. How is it possible that I did not receive the order, and what happened with that sent email—why was it not received correctly? A new order was sent, and they even checked during the follow-up to ensure everything was in order. In the end, I am very happy with the solution and the earrings!

Choose a different carrier. The package easily fit in the mailbox. That was also stated in the email from DHL. On the day of delivery, Friday, November 7, I received a message from DHL that the package could not be delivered. It would only be delivered on Monday, November 10. Great if you want to give it as a gift on November 9. So on Monday, I just picked it up at a DHL point. It could have been effortlessly delivered to the mailbox on November 7. So it's just laziness on DHL's part. No more items from Hippe Girls for me.
