Very satisfied. As soon as the order is placed, you are kept informed about when it will be shipped. Often on the same day, unless stated otherwise. The earrings (I don't know if this also applies to other jewelry) are delivered in a handy box. I have placed several orders already and will definitely do so more often in the future.
