No response after 1 week on my delayed order. Paid for DHL delivery, yet received tracking no for post office. Item hasnt been picked up after over a week. No response at all when I emailed to complain. Surely therr os much room for improvement. Just got an email saying I havent paid, so emailed them back with credit card statement. SMH

I placed an order with you this week for a renovation stale red oche. I received it, but despite being well-packaged in cardboard, it still arrived with damage. Please see the attachment(s). I find this quite disappointing.
