Beautiful product, unfortunately not exactly the ordered color 2700k. Used it anyway due to time pressure. The packaging could be better; the panel was slightly bent upon arrival, but it could be straightened. Thicker cardboard or adding wooden slats to the packaging could prevent this.
Very good! They provide great help via chat! They even call you to assist! Everything is in order! Thank you!
Due to the unavailability of the ordered items, I was delivered a higher and more expensive reference at no extra cost to me. However, the excess light output poses a problem for the intended use. I would have preferred to wait for the restock of the ordered reference.
Original product and quality, but it could have benefited from a slightly more "secure" packaging.
Very satisfied. Smooth delivery and installation of the LED spotlight. Incredible light output for such low wattage.
satisfied, the product matches the description well, well packaged
