Good explanation via chat and correct delivery. Very satisfied with my product.

It took 14 days to receive our order. Unfortunately, one of the two ordered wall lamps did not work. We then received a message stating that we should not send the lamp back, as they would send us a new one instead. Meanwhile, almost another 2 weeks have passed, and we have not seen anything regarding the follow-up delivery. It's a pity because we greatly appreciated this promise, and now we are just waiting for the delivery? The service provided by Mr. Geurts was very polite up until then.

Unfortunately, I had to wait a long time for the lamps because they were out of stock. Now they are here, and it was worth the wait. Everything looks beautiful.

No info regarding delivery

After payment, my order was prepared and shipped immediately. The received product is exactly as described on the website. My question about 220v or 12v was answered quickly and expertly.
