Excellent and quick delivery of the ordered reading lamp, and very accurate and prompt responses to questions. Very good service. When it turned out that the included LED lamp was too glaring, another lamp was sent free of charge.

I ordered the product and then heard nothing for a week. After calling, I learned that the product was being delivered to them quickly so that they could also deliver it to us. Subsequently, the product was indeed delivered quickly. However, the packaging of the order was not good. The box of the lamp was wrapped in plastic instead of, for example, a sturdy box. The lamp itself is fine, although I did notice a few small damages. All in all, not the best experience.
