Good service: the lamps could be customized to my preferences. However, I found the packaging in which the lamps were sent to be suboptimal: it was plastic. When it came to returning them, I had a problem figuring out how to do that. Additionally, I ordered from the Netherlands and was shocked by the shipping costs for the return!
