The connections of the lamp were loose inside, causing a short circuit. The transformer was also loose in the lamp, which made it rattle. I solved this myself and received a guarantee from My Planet LED that it would be better next time.

Everything is resolved!!! Myplanetled responded immediately to my second email. They are sending another lamp: Excellent and fast customer service. 5 stars, I would gladly shop here again!!! Recently, I ordered 3 LED spotlights. 55mm installation size. 7 watts. Fast delivery. Excellent lamp: but unfortunately, one lamp was without a brand and had a different color temperature. The shop quickly sent another lamp. However, it was again the lamp without a brand and with a different color temperature. So I ended up with two sets of two lamps with different color temperatures. Unfortunately, my request to send another lamp so that I at least have 3 identical lamps for my bathroom furniture has not yet been answered. It's a shame, a pleasant shop with nice lamps, but the customer support could be better.
