I need to get that money back because I couldn't have all the requested options in my mirror. Despite sending at least one email or making a call every week, I still haven't received my money back. Firstly, I did not get the mirror I wanted, for which I paid a lot of money, but rather a poor imitation of it, and secondly, I am not getting back the money I paid for the options that were not delivered. It is outrageous! Last week, I emailed that if I did not have the amount in my account by the beginning of this week, I would involve the ombudsman. Tomorrow, I will take action on that. It is very unfortunate that I have had to invest so much time and effort into this.
