Super beautiful mirror, well packaged and took into account the date on which I would like to receive it.

When I was orienting myself, I had contact several times by phone and email. I was advised kindly and knowledgeably. However, the delivery took place later than expected and initially communicated. The disappointment was even greater when there turned out to be a problem with the delivery, and it took another week. This was not actively communicated, but only after I hadn't heard anything and decided to call for an inquiry. In the end, it was delivered nicely packaged. The mirror itself is beautiful, although I would skip the extras I chose next time, as I find them disappointing: The clock is a very different shade of white than the rest of the lighting in the mirror and quite bright. The lighting around the magnifying mirror is also a slightly different hue than the other lighting in the mirror. Not a major issue, but for aesthetics, it would be nicer if everything (including the clock) were in one shade.

Poor quality

Beautiful mirror, exactly as I had designed. Delivered neatly in a wooden box with insurance. The touch lamp is a bit bright for the bedroom, so keep that in mind when making your choice. The customer service is very good and personal. I didn't specify that a plug was needed, as it is assumed that there is a light point behind the mirror. So it's helpful to mention that when placing the order. In my case, it was resolved without any problems afterwards. In short, I am very satisfied (and my wife is too). Great company!
