Purchased in November 2022. Used it in April and suddenly I heard a noise. I thought the wax was warming up. I looked at it and suddenly saw smoke coming from the cable and a chemical smell. I quickly unplugged it and disconnected the cable from the wax warmer. I saw that the cable was melting... incredibly dangerous. I will not order again.
