Very good products!! It's just a shame that certain products contain paraffin. Paraffin is addictive and your skin can't do without it. The skin becomes even drier. Otherwise, very fast delivery. They ship it the same day. Until now, I haven't experienced them delivering the wrong products. I can't judge the customer service because I tried to get in touch but have never received a reply to my email.

The products were delivered quickly. I ordered Italwax gold, great wax!

Good service, my package was lost by Post NL. After contacting them by phone, they immediately sent my package again, and I received it the next day.

I received the products only after two weeks. After sending an email (after one week), I was told that the products would be shipped that day, but I only received a message almost a week later that the product had been sent. Additionally, the price differs from the prices of the same seller on Bol.com. It's unclear why a higher price is charged on one platform.

Still no Niels received, it was normally expected today, ordered yesterday, and it's already been 2 weeks.
