The shipping time took a very long time. It states that orders should be placed before 10:00 PM, which is very disappointing! Additionally, I could not reach you by phone. The products are great, but the delivery time is really too long.

Correct products, fast shipping, but delivery took longer than expected.
It was terrible. I waited 5 hours for it to warm up, and then waxing one spot took me 6 attempts in one place; it didn't remove everything in one go. It was disappointing. I want to return it and get my €40 back, please.
