    I had different expectations of the Italwax lotion and aftercooling. I read that you could use the lotion before waxing and the aftercooling afterward. My expectation was different because I thought it would numb the skin a bit. And the cooling doesn't cool at all! I have nothing against Wax Discounter; they do their job well. It's just about the product. For example, I would appreciate it if free shipping started at €20 instead of €40. Because of this, I'm not sure if I want to order from Wax Discounter again in the future.
