My comment that the parcel had still not arrived after a couple of weeks was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. The parcel has now arrived and I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised at the attractive gift wrapping. The cutlery itself with the mother of pearl handles is lovely. Service and product highly recommended.
