Fast delivery, beautifully packaged!

Looks beautiful and is great cutlery. But... it is very unsuitable for the dishwasher and not suitable for hand washing either. The connection between the handle and the knife (the same goes for the fork) has a beautiful decoration but is as leaky as a sieve. Water gets trapped in it. After hand washing, you really have to shake the cutlery vigorously to get rid of the moisture. Not hygienic, not convenient. So this cutlery is unsuitable. What a shame!

During one of the sweltering hot days, I needed help with my order. Unfortunately, the person I reached out to was also very warm, so the service wasn't really effective.

Beautiful cutlery. Packed like a gift, nice detail! Very good service. One spoon was missing, and when I emailed about it, they also mentioned that the package was left at my door, even though I hadn't given permission for that and I was supposed to sign for the delivery! As a thank you for that, I also received another spoon. Very positively surprised!!
