    The shipment was missing a light green rice spoon and a blue rice spoon. Also, delivery was later than promised. I like the quality of the products, but I am disappointed that my shipment is not complete. UPDATE 31 December 2022: The customer service desk responded immediately to my situation, and says they are sending the missing items straightaway. Kudos to them for a quick response.
