I purchased a product online during a flash sale, but I received an email from the company saying they sent the wrong item. I haven't even received the wrong item, but they say I need to send it back before they can ship the correct item. I don't understand why I should be penalized for their mistake, and I can't cancel my order online. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received anything.
