Extremely happy with the product

I took delivery of my high reach washing pole a week or so ago. I assembled it yesterday and experimented with it. It is heavy but does the job. I would respectfully suggest two things: Feeding the water tube through the retracted pole wasted a hour of my time following your instructions. I then dropped a string with a weight from the opening cut into the top section of pole at brush head and then tied string through a slit I made longitudinally on the end of the water pipe - pulling it through. This worked very effectively. The opening above has sharp edges - could do with a rubber grommet.
