The parcel was lost in transit and confirmed as unlocatable. Customer service refused to send a replacement, simply saying they 'have no control' over the courier and only offering an 'eventual refund.' This is unacceptable. The retailer is legally required to bear the full transport risk until delivery. They are refusing to fulfill their contractual duty to deliver the ordered item. Avoid ordering here if you expect basic legal compliance or reliable service.
