    Really bad experience with this Company. OK, I should have realised but who buys a single bracket for a pair of speakers? The purchase process should have made it clear it was only a single bracket, the buyer should select 2 items if they are for a pair. NEF LSX speakers are only sold as a pair! My issue is no response... Here are my emails, I expected a response of some kind, to date, nothing received. Wed, 19 Jun, 18:41 to info Hello Order Number 500013155 I just received the order detailed above. To my absolute surprise, there was one bracket. Fair enough in the order I selected one but surely 1 relates to a pair of brackets given speakers come in pairs? The shopping cart should have made it very clear that one MEANS one. I have wasted shipping based on your misleading information. Not a very good experience. So I now have to go to the trouble of returning the single bracket when in good faith, I assumed my purchase was for a pair. I have at 50 years old bought many brackets and stands in my life, never have I been sent a single item. What do you suggest I do?
