    Item was delivered promptly, is exactly as described - the only criticism is with the company instructions to assemble which are online and could be better presented.

    Very good quality and excellent customer service. One part did arrive damaged, these things happen, and the seller shipped a replacement part free of charge, which arrived a few days after reporting the issue.

    The goods arrived promptly and were very well packaged. They are good quality. The only slight negative was the assembly instructions, which are via a QR code. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

    Item didn't arrive, took me a lot of emails to get a refund, never got response from a human or found a customer service chat/phone.
