    This was ordered from a UK .co.uk web address. Yet before delivery I was asked to pay nearly £40 in customs charges!?!? No mention of that at any stage prior. I understand the impact of Brexit, but the fact this product was being imported, and at MY cost, was not disclosed to me and not something I would assume from a company with a local web domain. I am not a busy person who doesn't have time to mess about, otherwise I would have rejected the request for customs payment and seen the goods returned to sender.
