Considering came from the Netherlands, the service was pretty speedy. I’m not sure what the after sales warranty is so have scored mediocre. The product is perfect for the Samsung Q990B speakers and they hide the cables beautifully. They are super solid and look great in Matt black.
Very good, solid stands which are well made and extremely easy to assemble. Could perhaps do with slightly more clearance under the stand plate to accommodate the power cable and the speaker height is not adjustable. That said, unlike other stands, the thicker power cable can be fed through the hollow stands which are well suited to the Sony rear speakers and get them into a good operating position. Recommended.
Delivery was faster than quoted and the stands arrived in perfect condition.
