Waited 12 days so far. DPD say they have returned the parcel to Vebos. Vebos say its out for delivery. No phone support, just an email address.... I'm sure the products are brilliant and the issue was caused by DPD, but customer service is lacking in this instance. They now tell me they won't refund my order, until the package is returned to them. But if DPD have lost the parcel then I will never get my money back....
Great service and logistics. The UK Customs payment issue needs resolving. Solid, yet simple and effective product.
Good but could be better
Excellent service, arrived earlier than expected. Great product. Unlike another brand that I bought and returned ,this was well designed, much easy to assemble and look neat and pretty in my hall. Very happy with this quality rear speaker stands.

Just Assembled, easy enough.... Sound has improved.... Would recommend
