The speaker stands arrived without the tool necessary to assemble them. When the tool arrived I realized the speaker stands were not at all solid or sturdy enough for my speakers (despite my speakers being clearly listed among the models appropriate for these speaker stands). Then I had to convince customer service to pay for the return shipping. Never again.

The delivery was fast and everything came in good shape.
Purchased item, never received, emailed as requested got no responses. Rang number and you cannot speak to an individual, then got text straight back which told me my order was cancelled and returned to a fulfilment centre. Had to order again, -au again and have still not received a refund for the first purchase.
