As a returning customer, I really like the shoes. They have a great price/quality ratio. The sizing information is accurate, at least for my foot (using foot length). The customer service is friendly and provides quick responses. Finally, clear information is provided about the expected shipment of the pre-order. There is nothing to complain about. I just need three extra letters (m, e, t) to make an anagram to give "a compliment." Keep doing what you're doing.

I ordered halfboots (without platform) and i must say i was quite hesitant in the beginning as the boots are not real leather etc... When i received the shoes i was amazed by the quality. It is really good. The shoes are comfortable, absolutely true size, amazing fit. Packaging is amazing. Also the heel is reinforced and it can be felt while walking, they are very stable and easy to walk in, it feels you could run in them. I could probably walk all day in those 13cm heels without the platform. I will deffinately will buy again UPS - for the Baltics is really really really slow. I would pay extra 10€ for faster postage.
