The shoes were high quality and the shipment was fast arriving in good condition. But the shoes were small for sizing and the seller instead of trying to satisfy the customer, suggested selling the pair that didn't fit and reordering. This is very poor customer service. Not sure I'll buy from the seller ever again especially because the prices are so high.

I ordered thigh-high boots Vesta, which are fantastic but size 45 didn't fit me. I asked for return and it was accepted, but I didn't get the return number. And as it states in Terms of Return, shipments without return number will not be processed and will be lost. I wrote an email about that twice and didn't get any answer, even though it was one month ago.
