I have been waiting 20 days to receive my order. Finally, and looking that the delay could be longer than 4 weeks, I had to cancel it.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are not happy with the shopping experience at Shoebidooshoes. DHL was not able to deliver your order to the delivery address. We started an investigation at DHL and we need to wait for the feedback that DHL is going to give us so we can get in action for you. If DHL states the package is lost, we will refund your order as soon as possible! If DHL states the package is found and will be sent to us, we will get in touch with you if you would still like to receive your boots. We are sorry for the inconvenience, we get that it is a bit of a hassle. If you have any questions, please send us an email at Info@shoebidooshoes.com
