The most recent pair of shoes I ordered have a manufacturing defect, and it's noticable, so every pair of shoes should be visually inspected before shipping.

Ordering goods is quick and they are delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit well, so I returned them. Everything else was handled well.

Thank you for your review. It is now July 14th. We received your return request on July 4th. You registered the return of the shoes with PostNl on July 8th, and we received them on July 10th. It is clearly stated on our website that we need at least 7 days to process the return after it arrives at our warehouse. We received your return notification from the warehouse yesterday and are about to process it. Therefore, we are handling your return well within the expected timeframe. Is that why you gave us 2 stars? Such a rating is typically given when there are serious issues with the service. We are a small shop and need a bit more time than the larger companies. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. You can always adjust your review if you wish.
