In mid January I ordered a pair of boots in a special size. A pair of boots in standard sizes will arrive at the end of February. They don‘t fit my calf measurements. I had to send these boots back. And I‘d like to point out once again that they were made to special measurement. On the calf and ankle. At the end of Max , the wrong boots arrived for the second time. This time the calves were made to measure. But they were once again much too narrow at the ankles. The zipper could only be closed a few cm . Once again the boots I received were a total disappointment. There has been no response.

One pair was sold out despite being available for order. The other model was flawless. So far, the communication and handling have always been impeccable and friendly.

Despite the heel height of over 10cm, these heels are comfortable enough to enjoy an entire party night 🤩 The Giaro Heels are just great to wear and look fantastic!
