I have no complaints whatsoever about the quality of the service, speed of delivery or the product itself, but the extra and unexpected "customs charge" was most unwelcome. What I find hard to understand is that other EU based retailers (www.highheelsshop.pl, for one) don't levy this, so why you? It makes it most unlikely that I would deal with you again in the future.

The order came through quickly and correctly and a correct invoice was expedited. Quality of merchandise was as expected (high)! I will take he opportunity to comment some publicity you sent earlier this week for leather boots in 5 different colors. Regretably, only 2 (black and red) had the size 37, which was a letdown...
