    I have paid my order throug Klarna. But still at this moment shoebidooshoes have not cancelled the payment because I returned the order. Send them numerous apps and mails about this problem. Also Klarna is looking into this.

    I have no complaints whatsoever about the quality of the service, speed of delivery or the product itself, but the extra and unexpected "customs charge" was most unwelcome. What I find hard to understand is that other EU based retailers (www.highheelsshop.pl, for one) don't levy this, so why you? It makes it most unlikely that I would deal with you again in the future.
