Great service. Despite the dramatic release of the HP Reverb G2 (on HP's part), I was constantly kept informed by Unbound VR. Returning the product was also completed without any issues. Good communication and super service. 10/10
I needed my item urgently and could not wait (not their fault as the item is on distribution globally now). The guys have been super fast in accepting my refund request and the communication great and friendly. I will have no doubt in going to them again in future!
Effective! While the product I was looking for was unavailable in France, UnboundVR sent me one in remarkable time!! My Christmas is saved!
