I ordered 3 games which were delivered quickly. Absolutely great!

I ordered Mario Party 6, but when it arrived, it didn't work. I contacted the extremely friendly and helpful customer service. After returning the game, I received a replacement game that worked perfectly within a few days. I am completely satisfied.

Fast delivery and the order was well protected in packaging. However, one game was no longer available, and that was only mentioned for the first time on the delivery slip. It then took over a week for the money to be refunded.

I ordered Yoshi's Island for the SNES here a while back in condition 9/10 for €59.99. I paid via iDEAL, but received an email the next day stating that the game had been sold and was "accidentally" still listed as available. There was still one in condition 7/10 for ten euros less, but it had a crack in the box. I decided to have my money refunded. The next day, the 9/10 version of the game was suddenly available again, but for €20 more. I have a bad feeling about this.

I ordered a SNES, received a confirmation, and it was delivered within the delivery time. I ordered 2 controllers, but only 1 was included. I then sent an email, and 2 days later I received my second controller. Nice company with good prices. Highly recommended. Now I'm looking for a few fun games.
