Good and fast delivery! The only thing that could be improved is to remember to send emails in English for aftercare, as not many people speak Dutch. :)

For a small repair that was not mentioned on the website, I first reached out to confirm whether they were able to fix it. I specifically stated what needed to be repaired so that we both knew what to expect. They indicated that it was not a problem, so I sent the game in. Communication was very smooth and pleasant up to that point, and I had high hopes that it would turn out well. Then, after a long time without hearing anything, I decided to inquire about the status of the repair. They informed me that it could not be repaired and that they could not get the game to work. The issue here was that they did not mention anything about the missing parts for which I had initially requested the repair. From this point on, communication became very difficult as it went through staff who had no knowledge of the matter, making the entire process very frustrating. After some back and forth and my inquiry about whether they had looked at my note, they returned the game to me. When I received it and checked, the game was in particularly poor condition. There was rust on the ROM chip pins (which ultimately led to a weak pin breaking, resulting in additional repair costs), poor soldering on the battery contacts, and besides the part that was initially missing, another part had been lost during the repair. All in all, the game was delivered in much worse condition than I had sent it in. Despite having photos from before and after shipping that clearly show the problem was caused by them, they insist that they did nothing wrong and cannot assist me further. They are now ignoring my emails and believe the case is closed.

Ordering was easy. However, there was a mistake with my address (the house number addition was incorrectly recorded by the system), which caused my package to be returned by PostNL. It took about 3 to 4 days before they resent it after they had received it, so that could have been faster. But they did resend it, and everything works well!

He was late twice.

It's amazing that the items I ordered arrived the very next day. I am really incredibly happy with my Wii; it works great. I give this a 10, truly top-notch, and I will also be buying some more games for it.
