My PlayStation 4 had two controllers that just weren't working well anymore. I never bought new controllers because I find it excessive to pay full price for an outdated device. After some Googling, I ended up at Retroplaystationkopen.nl. Controllers were available here for less than half the price that Sony charges. I took the gamble and ordered two of these controllers, and I am so satisfied! Besides the fact that the controllers work perfectly and are exactly the same as the official Sony controllers (except for the PS logo), I was also pleasantly surprised. I received a Track and Trace code from PostNL as expected, but when I got home in the evening, the doorbell rang, and there was a very nice gentleman from Retroplaystationkopen.nl at the door with the following message: Good evening. I happened to be in the area and saw your order at the office. So I thought I would drop it off. What an action! Many other webshops could learn a thing or two from this. Really, compliments—I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I will definitely come back here. Rating: 10/10
