3DPrinters-Store has neatly and very quickly answered all my beginner questions in detail. They also made sure that I received the latest firmware on the printer, and my questions after the purchase were answered very nicely as well. Everything was perfect! By the way, the delivery was extremely fast; ordered on Friday evening, delivered on Saturday!

Hello Erwin, thank you for leaving a review :-). I have just gone through this, and you are absolutely right. The order was placed on Tuesday evening (after 4 PM), so it was shipped on Wednesday and should have arrived at your place on Thursday. However, it was only delivered on Friday. DHL cites "temporary force majeure" as the reason, which seems to indicate that the driver did not have enough time to come by your place. DHL offers multiple services, a 'budget' service and a 'business' service. We use the more expensive business service because only this one guarantees delivery the next day. 'Force majeure' is something we can comment on, but we cannot file a claim with DHL. However, we will take this into account in our evaluation. When choosing a carrier, we set a number of requirements: 1. Deliveries must take place the next day in more than 98% of cases. 2. The company must handle orders and our customers properly. 3. The company must also be able to perform pallet transport, as the 3D printers we sell are getting larger. Unfortunately, this last requirement is only possible with a few. Nevertheless, we will take this into account in the next evaluation; because if the delivery time is not the next day in more than 2% of cases, then we are not doing well ;-) Looking forward to the next time!

Regarding the rating of "moderate," I am not referring to customer friendliness. Customer friendliness is perfectly fine. The delivery and advice are also commendable. They seem reasonable, but upon closer inspection, the tip of the nozzle is poorly finished. I have reworked these nozzles myself on a lathe, and now they function well. For other readers: this concerns the universal MK8 "Brass" nozzles. A quality nozzle is crucial for good 3D print extrusion. On the outside, all nozzles are almost identical, but the important part is the inside. The 'funnel' section of the nozzle should not be 'hollow' and also not 'narrow' to ensure a nozzle that does not clog easily and provides good consistency in the extrusion of the filament. We have this item from three different manufacturers. Action points: 1. We know which manufacturer these come from and will address this immediately. 2. Today, we have removed the nozzles from this manufacturer from our assortment for further investigation, so we will no longer supply these. Thank you again for identifying and informing us.
