After a thorough, friendly, and expert troubleshooting session over the phone, the issue was quickly identified. A new part (control unit) needed to be delivered from the supplier. Unfortunately, this delivery was delayed due to staff shortages during the Easter holidays at the supplier. 3DPrinters-store.com / Seeda immediately informed me by phone and email about the delay in delivery and promptly created a plan of action to get my printer up and running as quickly as possible. The part was delivered to 3DPrinters-store.com / Seeda a few days later, and once again, I was nicely informed by phone and email about the status and when the part would arrive at my place. The delivery followed exactly as agreed. They were also willing to assist with the installation of the part and the software settings in the evenings. Fortunately, I ultimately did not need this assistance. At this moment, I once again have a printer that works perfectly. In short; this company says what it does, and does what it says.
