Very satisfied with the products and 3DPrinters-store. Good communication. One point for improvement might be: it would be helpful to indicate a delivery window in advance, for example, afternoon or evening. But as mentioned, I am very satisfied with the store and the products delivered.
Poor communication and slow delivery. There were products in stock, and I was not kept informed about it until I reached out myself. The delivery took several weeks as a result. Ultimately, it was resolved well, but communication is definitely an area for improvement.
Perfect service, they even made a personal call to let me know that I had forgotten my house number and that the materials would be shipped the same day. Thanks.
Fast delivery with good information regarding the processing and delivery status!
Great filament. This time I ordered white Z-ABS, which sometimes has issues with burnt spots. It is much cheaper than white Z-HIPS. Unfortunately, there is no white Z-ULTRAT available.
