It's easier to return things; I was supposed to get a new one, but now they're making it difficult and I have to send the old one back instead of keeping the new one and getting my money back. Terrible quality.

At first, I was very happy with the bracelet (a gift for my mother, including charms). However, unfortunately, after a while, the bracelet, especially the charms, becomes very ugly. The (rose gold) color fades away. What a shame! I placed 2 orders (bracelet with charms, and then additional charms). It's disappointing, so I won't be ordering again.

Fast delivery, but they should check the products better for any mistakes and ensure that everything is included.

Good service. The mesh charms and bracelets remain beautiful. The stoppers could be more luxurious and better/tighter. They feel less luxurious compared to the rest of the mesh collection. Hopefully, Ducett can do something about this so that they work better and align with the luxury they offer in the rest of the mesh collection.
