Very fast delivery. Product meets my expectations.

I ordered a beautiful bracelet with charms. Within a day, both of my daughters ended up with significant scratches because the clasp and stoppers are really very sharp. I contacted them immediately and was allowed to exchange the bracelet. Now they are making it very difficult regarding the return costs we had to incur while they sent a defective product. I find it unacceptable that a bracelet is so sharp that it causes bleeding scratches. They are unreachable by phone and also unresponsive via email, and ultimately they stopped responding altogether. It's a shame because it's a beautiful product, but with such customer service, I am unfortunately forced to take further action.

The bracelet was even more beautiful than the picture, super fast shipping, and neatly packaged. Very satisfied with both the gift and the service.
